Your first visit includes a thorough medical history, a review of your current medications and conditions, any point-of-care testing that is relevant, and a conversation about where to go from here.
Afterward you will have access to the patient portal for messaging, scheduling, laboratory results, and refill requests. We will set up whatever follow-up or monitoring makes sense for your situation.
