What this policy covers
This policy describes how the Doxen Health website handles information. It applies to this website only. How we use and protect your health information as a patient is described separately in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Information we collect on this website
This website does not ask you to enter any personal information. It has no forms, accounts or sign-ups, and we do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media tracking tools.
Information handled by our service providers
Like any website, this one relies on a few outside services to load in your browser:
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard technical information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your Internet Protocol (IP) address and basic browser information when a page loads.
- Maps. If you select our address, Google Maps opens in a new window under Google's own terms.
These providers handle that information under their own privacy policies. We do not use it to identify or contact you.
Contacting us by email
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. Email is not a secure channel, so please do not send personal health information, clinical questions or prescription requests by email.
Scheduling and the patient portal
Online scheduling and the patient portal are provided through our electronic health record system and are separate from this website. Information you share there becomes part of your health record and is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

This site links to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
